Its composition reflects a commitment to scholarly excellence, geographic diversity, and ethical publishing standards.

Selection Process

Membership to the Editorial Board is determined through a structured and transparent process, designed to identify individuals with outstanding academic or industry credentials, subject matter expertise, and a commitment to advancing research:

  • Application and Nomination: Interested candidates may apply directly by submitting a completed membership form, or be nominated by current Board members. The form should reflect the applicant’s qualifications, expertise, and willingness to contribute meaningfully to the journal’s mission.
  • Initial Screening: The editorial office conducts a preliminary review to ensure eligibility, based on criteria such as:
    • Academic qualifications and professional background
    • Publication and peer review history
    • Recognition in scholarly or professional communities
    • Geographic representation and field diversity
  • Evaluation and Selection: The Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the publisher and existing Board members, evaluates shortlisted candidates. A sample review may be requested to assess review quality, ethical standards, and timeliness.
  • Appointment: Selected candidates receive a formal invitation along with onboarding materials. Board composition is reviewed every 2–3 years to ensure the infusion of fresh perspectives, with inactive members rotated out as needed.
